Foxfest 2025 - The Rebellion in Resilience

Our annual all-staff offsite event for 2025 focused on the importance of cultivating resilience. As part of the core team that puts this event together, seeing it come to life was incredibly rewarding. I oversaw the production of all graphics and reels for the day - from the invites to the presentations to the branding throughout our event space - the iconic Sydney Swans HQ. On the day I oversaw the AV production of the formalities as well as assisting with event production - bumping in and out. We strove to inform and inspire our staff with business updates, special guest keynote industry and mindset speakers, and balanced it with wellbeing informed activities such as painting, meditation and sound baths. There was also unstructured fun time for staff to enjoy activities such as petting zoos, face painting and tarot card readings before our Oscars-themed recognition award ceremony - The Foxscars - took place to round out the day. As the driving force behind The Foxscars - from conception of the awards and ceremony to overseeing voting process, host and winner selection - it is gratifying to see our staff recognised for their achievements and help to drive staff engagement in our business.
